Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the ch44 website, app and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered with ch44 or is using the platform.
• "Account" means the user's registered profile and the associated information, balance and transaction history.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits or rewards granted by ch44 that apply subject to specific conditions.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal or bet.

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account with ch44:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Account access must not be given to third parties.
• Registering using a fake identity, false information or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on ch44:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The user must use a payment account registered in their own name. Transactions through third-party accounts are not accepted.
• ch44 reserves the right to initiate a verification process in the case of suspicious or unusual transactions.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

The following conditions must be followed when using ch44 bonuses and promotions:

• Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion may have its own terms and validity period, which will be stated on the relevant offer page.
• A user cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• If misuse of a bonus or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

VIP Program and Rewards

The ch44 VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Users may be promoted to a higher tier based on activity and contribution. ch44 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

The following rules must be followed while playing games on ch44:

• Any form of cheating, use of software or automated systems on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion betting or the use of other fraudulent strategies is prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts or colluding with third parties for the purpose of taking advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform is not permitted. Any such incident must be reported to the support team immediately.
• ch44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel games and void winnings in the case of any suspicious activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

ch44 may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of bonuses.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. It is possible to withdraw a valid balance before the account is closed, provided all verifications have been completed.
